Coaching

Coaching tends to be solution-focused towards goals and objective which the client wants to work towards. A Coach acts as a sounding board and may use inquiry, reflection, requests and discussion to help clients identify personal and/or business and/or relationship goals, develop strategies, relationships and action plans intended to achieve those goals.

A coach provides a place for clients to be held accountable to themselves by monitoring the clients progress towards implementation of their action plans. A coach may also share unbiased perspective, be a cheerleader or provide support. A coach may teach specific insights and skills to empower the client toward their goals. Coaching can be effective in helping people achieve specific goals, go through life shifts and transitions, start new projects or work on life balance.
